All our plant’s price is mentioned as single stem or plant. Pot plants will be mentioned as pots and bunch plants will be mentioned as bunchs.
When will my refund request be processed?

How do I know whether I buy a pair or a single piece?
It would be mentioned as pair in the title of products if they are given as pair and each for single piece.
How long will it take to get my package?
Once the product is shipped generally it takes 1-2 days for Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. 2-3 days for Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Telangana. Rest of India it depends on the mode of transport 2-3 days on Air and for surface 4-6 days.

Will I get refund if fish dies during transportation ?
Normally the chance of death on arrival is very low. Before sending, the fishes are kept isolated, treated, and starved to stay longer periods in transportation. You can claim for 100% of the cost of dead fish if death happens on arrival for thermocol box shipping only and 50% refund on non thermocol shipping. Refund will be only processed to the website wallet.

What is a Backorder means?
A Backorder means your order for a product that is temporarily out of stock with us; we will arrange the product for you and ship it to you at the earliest. Expect a slight delay than usual order.
